We live in a world of autopilots. Consuming things at lightning speed, asa result skimming the surface a lot of things. Being a meditator, Type of is a rebellion against the rush. What I have learned is that typography is not just a tool for communication—it can also be a mirror for the human experience. Letters possess anatomy, tension, posture, and soul.
Through highly experimental, expressive type, The ‘Type of’ Series pushes letterforms past the boundaries of standard legibility into the realm of raw feeling. By mapping various complex landscapes (from human emotions to things happening in our world) onto visual forms, we distort the familiar to reveal a deeper truth.
This is an invitation to slow down. Do not just skim through but feel the alphabets, observe their fractures. Breathe through their spaces.
To look at type is to look at ourselves. Let us begin.
